Working Principle
Compressed air pre-treated by F1440IG coarse filter enters the cartridge from the outer stainless steel protective mesh. Multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber traps 0.01μm oil mist aerosols; tiny oil droplets continuously collide and aggregate into liquid oil beads, which flow down the inner wall of the cartridge by gravity and drain automatically from the filter housing drain port. Ultra-clean low-oil compressed air flows forward to F1440IA activated carbon filter for oil vapor and odor removal.
